Dear Friends and Neighbors of Centerbrook, Essex and Ivoryton:
The Essex Community Fund has been in existence since the 1940’s striving to make a difference in our community by raising funds to support our local charities. Your one donation will help all of the non-profits in our community. Thank you in advance for displaying your community spirit through giving and improving the lives of our town’s residents in so many ways.
Our Mission
The Essex Community Fund, Inc. is organized for the purpose of soliciting and collecting monies through the medium of an annual drive for contributions. The monies collected will be used for the benefit of organizations, both local and national, as may be decided upon from time to time by the Board of Governors. The mission is to assist organizations that are providing services to the villages of Essex, Centerbrook and Ivoryton.
The Board of Governors
The board is made up of volunteers who live in the community. No compensation is paid and expenses are for the direct solicitation to raise and distribute funds to our community non-profit organizations.
